Excellent products should be timely while also standing the test of time. It’s about meeting a user’s needs today, while anticipating how they might grow and how their needs may evolve.

In 2019, I pioneered a design exploration of a new way to engage with scripture in the app. My goal was to create a rhythm for users to find daily spiritual guidance when they open the Bible App. This exploration resulted in one of the most widely used features in the Bible App, Verse of the Day Stories*. I led design/product direction on this project, and was the head UI/UX designer for its initial release in the Bible App.

*Note: this feature has been re-named from Verse of the Day Story to Guided Scripture in the Bible App.
